At ACE—American Canine Excellence, we bring a combined 14+ years of experience training dogs around the country and working with more than 400 families to help change their lives with their pups.
We believe in balanced training tailored to each dog’s temperament, needs, and goals. Our approach combines positive reinforcement, structure, and consistent guidance to help dogs develop skills that carry into everyday life.
Continued education is central to our work. As a team, we build on our shared experience, refine our methods, and learn from each other to deliver thoughtful, effective training.
Through our board-and-train programs and personalized owner instruction, we help bridge the gap between dogs and their people. We want you to leave with more than a well-trained dog—we want you to have the knowledge and confidence to maintain that progress at home.
What to expect!
At ACE—American Canine Excellence, we use balanced training to build clear communication, reliable obedience, and confidence. We tailor training to your dog’s temperament, learning pace, and your goals.
We use food rewards, praise, leash guidance, and appropriate training tools to teach and reinforce desired behaviors. Throughout training, we emphasize consistency, fair expectations, and rewarding progress.
Your dog will practice skills in the home and in public settings to help those lessons carry into daily life. Through personalized owner instruction, we’ll teach you how to communicate clearly, reinforce good habits, and maintain progress—building a stronger relationship between you and your dog.
